Due to European legislation, we had to be split into two entities. I am currently hired to assist in designing and building a twin datacenter.

As member of the development team I was responsible for:
  • Designing a new baseline based on Red Hat 5;
  • Configuring HP Server automation, and developing scripts to make unattended deployment completely automated;
  • Deploying Linux, Windows and ESX systems;
  • Building RPM’s to prepare the systems for specific applications like BEA, Oracle, SAP and Siebel;

  • Make automated installation of Linux possible through Altiris;
  • Migrating all “office technology” servers from Atos Origin to this new datacenter, so the new company could do office technology in house;
